I run this challenge live a couple of times per year. I do it because I love it so. damn. much.
Honestly, it could be a paid course, it’s that good. The energy in the group is electric, the transformations are LEGIT and the comradery amongst the women is truly inspiring.
Now, you can do this challenge on your own, whenever you need a pick-me-up, as many times a year as you like … But I highly recommend joining the community so you can also do it with us whenever it’s live because doing it in sisterhood is simply magic. (I’m not kidding.)
There are two groups: one for the Sydney-based sisters and one for the honeys in all other locations. (The reason I have a Sydney specific group is because I also run Sydney-specific events that these women go to and talk about in the group.)
